The CIA (Christians In Action) is St. John's teen organization for all teens 8th grade though 12th grade.  

 

The purpose of the teen ministry is to use God's Word to strengthen young members in their faith in Christ and also to equip them to live as God's people in their homes, the their work and leisure, and in the church and society.  

 

This Christ-centered program combines worship, education in teen Bible class, fellowship at WHO (Wednesday night Hangout), service activities, and recreation.  Everyone is invited to all activities, but the teens are to be transported by their parents or another adult. 

 

The highlight of the year is either a youth rally or TCW - Travel Canvass Witness event.  The group has been active since 1974, originally called the JAYS ( Jesus Among Youth's ). In the 1980's the name was changed to CIA.
