"Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers." - Galatians 6:10.
Our Mission Statement: Nurturing faith in Jesus Christ, supporting fellowship among women and radiating the love of God, all to His Glory.
RIBS (Renewed and Inspired By Our Savior) is a weekly Bible study group for women of all ages. If you are looking for a chance to meet other Christian women for fellowship and scripture study in a warm and friendly environment than we ask you to please join us.
You've heard that God is love - it's a simple concept, easily grasped. Or is it? In the face of life's complexities, hurts, and disappointments, you may be questioning just what it means to be loved by God. What does your God look like? Remote authority figure? Critical parent? The divine crisis manager you pray to as a last resort - but who isn't especially involved in the details of your daily life? If any of these characteristics sounds familiar, it's time you experienced God as He truly is: your Creator, your Healer, your Champion, your Best Friend - in short, the Love of your life!
Join us for the new Spring Session beginning January 16, 2008.
For the first five weeks of the semester, we will be studying Family Finances by Thomas B. Franzmann. This short book gives guidance and encouragement to be wise managers of the blessings God has given to us. Please join us as we discuss the five principles that form the foundation of Christian financial management and learn about a simple plan that all of us can use, no matter what our station in life.
We look forward to seeing you there!
RIBLETS RIBS meets every Wednesday from 8:30 - 10:00 AM in St. John's Fellowship Hall. Childcare for "riblets" is provided (should finances limit participation, we offer a sponsor-a-mom program).
If you are interested in the winter/spring session or need additional information, please email RIBS at the church.
