Chinese New Year

St. John’s Chinese ministry will host a Chinese New Year celebration on Saturday, February 6th. All are invited. We will begin at 7:00 PM with a Chinese New Year service, followed by the potluck and fellowship at school from 7:55-9:30 PM. Bring a favorite dish to share.

Bible Information Class

There is still time to sign up for the Bible Information Class (BIC) beginning on Sunday, January 31st at 9:15 AM in the St. Matthew’s room. Learn more about what St. John’s members believe and teach, or brush up on teachings of the Bible that you might not have thought about in a while. Upcoming Event Registration

Third Thursday Concert

Please join us on Thursday, January 21st at 12:15 PM for “Winter Delights.” Music from Baroque to modern eras will be performed by Aaron Zauner on cello and Lynn Kozlowski on organ and piano. The free concert will last about 45 minutes. Bring your friends!

Women's Book Club

Interactive Faith Bible Study

The next four-week Interactive Faith online Bible study will begin on Wednesday, January 13 at 6:00 PM or 8:00 PM (Central Time). The studies have 10 to 15 minutes of lecture by the instructor, followed by 5 to 10 minutes for participants to discuss a question or two or do further study. Pastor Gary Pufahl, chairman of WELS Adult Discipleship and pastor at Christ, Big Bend, Wis., will lead the study on Wednesdays from January 13 to February 3. The theme of the study is “Who is your God, for whom you live?” Click here to learn more or to join the study.
