Additional Year End Giving Opportunity - Boiler Replacement Fund

At the December 3 voters’ meeting the decision was made to replace our original existing boiler with a two-unit system as soon as possible. The cost will be approximately $70,000 with an additional amount for asbestos removal. We are hoping to cover the majority of this expense through special gifts from our people, with the remainder coming from undesignated memorials given to our congregation in the past. We provide this information now as an opportunity for special year-end giving. If you would like to contribute, please designate “Boiler Replacement Fund” on an “above and beyond” offering envelope or call the church office for other arrangements.

By Scripture Alone - 2019 Materials Now Available

Begins January 1 – Baking. Shopping. Decorating. Wrapping. It’s easy to get lost in the Christmas preparations and lose sight of what’s truly important: the One who came to this earth as a lowly baby but left in triumphant glory with a promise to return again one day. The old story creates new hope in our hearts each time we read it, and reading it again and again brings us into a closer relationship with the One who is the real reason for the season. Plan to join us for By Scripture Alone in 2019 as we read through the New Testament: from Jesus’ lineage as the true Son of David to his perfect rule in heaven and everything in between. For reading schedules and details click here. Reading schedules are also available in the church narthex.
