Voters' Call Meeting

Sunday, March 28
A voters’ call meeting will be held at 11:45 a.m. (following the late service) in the Fellowship Hall to issue a call to replace Mrs. Campbell who has accepted a call to teach kindergarten at Peace Lutheran School in Hartford, WI. All voters and interested parties are welcome and encouraged to attend.

These forums are a wonderful way for By Scripture Alone participants to discuss what has been read so far. Easter Canvassing

Join our St. John’s teens in hanging flyers on doors to invite our neighbors to in-person or online Easter worship. Meet in the Fellowship Hall at 1:00 p.m. to pick up maps and stuff flyers. Holy Communion

Holy Communion
In keeping with a gradual approach in our desired return to normalcy, the Board of Elders has approved the re-introduction of Holy Communion to our worship services. Beginning on Maundy Thursday, communion will once again be celebrated during the worship service rather than after the final hymn. Watch for more information and details in a special e-mail coming on Friday morning.

Rooted & Mowing Pruning

Saturdays, March 13, 20 & 27
Got spring fever? Like working outside? Consider helping out with Rooted & Mowing as we take care of the gardens and lawn at church and school. Our first garden task of the season will be pruning shrubs from 10 a.m. - noon. Meet in the church parking lot, dress for the weather, and bring your own tools. St. John's Yard Signs

Over the next several weeks, the Board of Outreach will be reaching out to members of our community and inviting them to online or in-person Easter worship. These invitations are being extended in a number of ways – targeted mailings and flyers, online and social media ads, a new church banner, and yard signs – and we could use your help. If you’re willing to display a St. John’s yard sign, please pick one up (along with a wire stand) at no cost in the church narthex. We’d love to see these yard signs pop up in neighborhoods around the area!

Technology Upgrades Update

We've upgraded! If you participate in worship or Bible study virtually, you've likely noticed an upgrade in our video stream. Our new cameras are up and running, and we're so excited to start utilizing all their various features. The cost is significant - approximately $20,000 - but the video upgrades will help us better carry out our ministry beyond "just" the four walls of St. John's. Click here to contribute to these non-budgeted expenses.
